The route: motorway almost door to door to Mojácar
From the terminal at Alicante you join the motorway straight away and barely leave it: AP-7 and A-7 past Elche, Orihuela, Murcia and Lorca, down to the Los Gallardos exit. From there it is about ten minutes on a quiet road to Mojácar village or the beach.
It is a comfortable run precisely because it is uneventful: no mountain passes, no crawling through towns, and well-spaced service areas if you fancy stretching your legs halfway.
