Almería airport (LEI) is about 90 kilometres from Mojácar. Along the A-7 towards Murcia the drive takes roughly an hour, a little longer on an August Friday or when there are roadworks on the ring road.
It is a small airport, which works in your favour: you get out quickly. From baggage reclaim to being in the car is rarely more than fifteen minutes.
