Booking
How far in advance should I book?
The earlier the better in July and August, where we suggest at least a few days. The rest of the year we can usually handle same-day requests, but if you have a flight or an appointment, do not leave it to chance.
Can I book without giving card details?
Yes. There is no advance payment for a standard transfer: you book, we confirm the price, and you pay on the day.
How do I know my booking is confirmed?
We always reply. If you have sent the form and heard nothing within a few hours, please call — the email may have gone astray and we would rather check.
Prices and payment
Do you use a meter or a fixed price?
A fixed price for transfers and long journeys: we tell you the figure when you book and that is what you pay.
Is there a charge for luggage?
No. Normal luggage is included. If you are bringing something bulky let us know so we send the right vehicle, but it does not change the price.
Do you take cards?
Yes, cards and bank transfers. For companies we can quote in advance and invoice monthly.
The journey
How many people fit in one vehicle?
Up to 9 passengers with luggage in a single vehicle, with no need to split the group or make two trips.
Do you have child seats?
Yes, but tell us when you book so it is fitted in advance. It is a legal requirement and we would rather it was sorted before the day.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Nothing, from your side. We track the flight, check the real arrival time and adjust the pick-up. We do not charge for waiting caused by the airline.
Do you work at night and on public holidays?
24 hours, 365 days a year, including August and Christmas.
Mojácar and the surrounding area
Do you only cover Mojácar, or the neighbouring towns too?
Mojácar is our base, but we work across the whole area every day: Garrucha, Turre, Vera, Los Gallardos and Carboneras — in either direction.
How long does it take from Mojácar village to the beach?
About 10 minutes, depending on the stretch of beach. It is our most repeated run: up to the village for dinner, down to the beach bars, and back to the hotel at any hour.
Do you pick up at Mojácar hotels?
Yes, at the door or reception of any hotel or apartment in Mojácar. The full detail is in hotel taxi in Mojácar.
Do you go up to the urbanisations?
All of them: Marina de la Torre, the beachside urbanisations of Mojácar, Cortijo Grande, Sierra Cabrera… We know them house by house, which at night is worth a lot.
Airports
Which airports do you serve from Mojácar?
My flight lands in the middle of the night. Will someone be there?
Yes. We track the flight in real time and the driver is in arrivals at the actual landing time, whatever it is. Night pick-ups are everyday work for a Mojácar taxi in season.
